Uzbekistan is a country in central asia and it is a very hot country and has a lot of culture and diversity.In our culture we have differnt kinds of foods one of the most famous one is "Osh", it's a dish with rice and sliced up carrots and meat or beef in it.Another really delicious food is "Norin" which is a dish with sliced dough and meat that is in small pieces or it can be beef to instead meat.
Uzbekistan's Climate
As you can see Uzbekistan is farelly close to the tropic of cancer, with that it doesn't make Uzbekistan a tropical country in fact it makes it a dessert country and a subtropical country, the extreme south of Uzbekistan has a tropical climate with high precipitation and humidity.But when you go up a bit north in the east northern region its basically a cold dessert there with winters that go low as -20°c and summers that are extermely dry with termpratures of +40°c and maybe even +50°c which will often happen in the winter.
But if you explore the central and northern parts of Uzbekistan you wil find the 16th largest dessert in the world and the name of that dessert is "Kyzyl kum" which means "red sand" in Uzbek.
